Electronic Payment Services
|
In November 2010, the Northern Housing Consortium renewed the existing framework for Electronic Payment Services to include a greater choice of methods for customers to access services, as well as opportunities to achieve greater cost reductions through collaboration and shared services. Following a rigorous tender process, allpay were chosen by the Consortium to be the recommended payment solutions provider to help deliver economies of scale and offer greater value for money to our Members. |

The Electronic Payment Services Procurement Framework complies with The Public Contracts Regulations 2006. The Consortium's primary role is to support and represent our Members, providing them with a choice of products and services aimed at ensuring that their interests are fully consulted, represented and served at sub-regional, regional and national level. The partnership with allpay will mean Member organisations can make significant cost and process savings, removing the need to go through the lengthy tender process. A key consideration of the Consortium in engaging in this framework was promoting Financial Inclusion. With this framework, there is no limit to the amount of payments that can be made; enabling users to make payments at a frequency that suits them. The partnership has been successful in delivering cost effective services that provide a wide range of convenient access points for the end customer. The Consortium, through the framework agreement, will facilitate a quotation and contract between the Members and allpay Limited. |
