Andrew Carlin - Commercial Director

Andrew is responsible for the development and delivery of a range of collaborative procurement services and securing efficiency gains for members through their use.    His role also involves the strategic management of external partners and stakeholders to ensure performance targets are met.    Andrew is responsible for the achievement of both corporate and financial targets outlined in the Business Plan.

Lindsay Sheridan - Business Development Co-ordinator

Lindsay manages the Business Development Team to ensure maximum exposure of all frameworks to member organisations and to identify and introduce new members.   Lindsay works closely with appointed partners to raise awareness throughout the membership and identify targets and monitor partner performance.    She also works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing and PR strategies to promote the work of Consortium Procurement.

Catherine Anderson - Procurement Officer

Catherine is responsible for the execution of OJEU compliant procurement exercises and supporting the development of new solutions for members.    This involves compiling specifications to be included in Invitation to Tender documents, and carrying out all required steps in the OJEU process. Catherine is also closely involved in the evaluation of tender responses and the contract award procedure.

Business Development Officers

The Business Development Officers roles involve growing the use of existing procurement frameworks amongst the membership alongside the promotion of new solutions through presentations and meetings.    They are responsible for carrying out a key account management function across specific geographic areas.     Any interaction with members in these areas is routed through the designated Officer.    Contact details and areas covered for the Business Development Officers are outlined below;

Tim Syass - Business Development Officer

Tim has worked specifically on the Consortium's Reverse e-Auction Programme, which currently concentrates on Building Material supply chains.   Tim works closely with members to help them achieve greater efficiencies on their existing work programmes through multi-regional collaboration standardisation of materials and leverage of increased demand using innovative procurement methods.    Tim also carries out a contract management role to maintain costs, quality and performance on a day to day basis.
