The Northern Housing Consortium carried out a Public Procurement exercise in 2006 through which it appointed 6 partners to a framework agreement for the provision of Gas Servicing and Repair. The Framework was awarded in geographical lots with four contractors available in each lot. Consortium Procurement recently conducted a procurement exercise to refresh it's offering to members for gas servicing and maintenance. The exercise was complaint with EU and UK legislation which has resulted in the population of a framework agreement, offering 11 new partners to members. |

The framework includes;

fully inclusive annual service of all gas heating and other solid fuel appliances
-
comprehensive day to day maintenance of appliances
-
24 hour, 365 days are year call out service
- service and maintenance of smoke detectors and CO detectors
