The Lakanal House tower block fire in Southwark in July 2009 killed 6 people, and provided a stark reminder of the critical responsibility housing providers have to ensure safety standards are maintained in their properties. Consortium Procurement have developed a range of pre-tendered, fully OJEU compliant frameworks which are accessible to all Members and are designed to ensure your properties are as Safe as Houses.

Fire Safety

This framework covers the maintenance of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and fire fighting equipment. Additional services, such as fire risk assessments and audits, fire safety training, may also be included *.
