Consortium Procurement

Consortium Procurement is the commercial services team of the Northern Housing Consortium, responsible for the development and delivery of business solutions to meet the needs of its membership. These solutions are Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) compliant collaborative framework agreements, let under the European Union Procurement Directive, and accessible by any current or future Consortium member organisation.

With a member-driven ethos and extensive procurement, supplier management and business development experience in the public and private sectors, Consortium Procurement is in place to support Northern Housing Consortium members through the complex world of public procurement.

Using the business solutions provided by Consortium Procurement, member organisations can make significant cost and process savings, which can be quantified as part of the members' response to the Gershon efficiency agenda, as well as demonstrating collaborative working.
